achieved the dimensions and structure of a technologically
advanced industry with a high level of qualification.
The story of how the company got where it is, begins in the
early decades of the past century with grandfather Piero, the
founder of the business: from collecting the milk from the
farmers of Cigole to sell it to private clients, with a small production
of robiola, the fresh cheese that is a famous example
of the tradition and simplicity of Brescia's dairy products.
The founder's three sons, Angelo, Sergio and Ruggero, carried
on the business with the same enthusiasm as their father
and transformed the family business into a corporation that
makes quality its trademark.
Now the grandchildren run the business, applying their
grandfather's guiding principles to continue the success of
the enterprise.
