Soft table cheese with semi-cooked paste made from whole, pasteurized cow's milk. It is produced in cylindrical blocks with a think, bright yellow crust. The paste is semi-soft and springy, light straw-yellow in color, with scattered holes. The flavor is sweet with hints of breadcrust.
